Rules and Regulations.
All bookings are a minimum of 2 hours
Ensure payment is completed before your scheduled shoot
Staying past your rental time without prior notice will result in added charges
Please notify us in advance if you think your shoot could exceed your allotted time
For events, you may be required to show proof of liability insurance before booking (Contact us for more information)
If more people are present at your shoot than you identified on your rental form, there may be an added fee charged
Close the door and turn off the lights when you leave

Pets are not allowed
No smoking of any kind
No drugs of any kind
No lit candles or flames of any kind
No confetti
If you play music during the shoot, please keep it to a reasonable noise level to not disturb our neighbours.
Furniture can be carefully moved (with the exception of our boardroom table). Please return it to its original location before leaving.
Damage to any furniture or to the space in general will result in a damage fee of at least $100. The total damage fee will be assessed and based on the replacement value of the damaged piece.
Cancellation rules: No cancellations or refunds are available. You may move your reservation at no extra charge if you notify us at least 72 hours before your original booking start time. A $75 fee will be applied if you must reschedule with less than 72 hours notice.
