Erika’s passion for dance has shaped much of her life—she started dancing at the age of 3 and has been teaching since she was 14. Her leadership skills were evident early on (if you're a dancer, you know what we mean), and she also served as Vice President of her student council in both 11th and 12th grade.

Erika has performed in local shows like Fusion and The Nutcracker, and she brings the same dedication to her role as a Social Media Coordinator at Ampersand. Her love for content creation, combined with her vibrant personality, makes Ampersand the perfect fit for her skills and interests.

She’s excited to grow her career with the team. Outside of work, Erika enjoys traveling, sports, and country music, and she’s always eager to learn new things.
